CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hr Cancelation Policy: To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of scheduled service will be charged to your account. No Show Policy: I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts me and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, I will charge a 50% fee of the scheduled service to your account. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. Deposit based Policy: When booking a color appointment as a new client a deposit is required to reserve your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients
